Welcome to day one of blogmas, isn’t this very exciting!! The other day in my science lesson I was thinking all about Christmas and everything that it brings, and why was it my favourite time of the year. So for day one of blogmas, I’m going to be sharing with you all of the things that make me love Christmas. Sorry if you aren’t a big fan of Christmas, the majority of these blogmas posts are going to be quite festive, so I’m really sorry if this doesn’t rock your boat. Anyways, let’s get started!!!!!!!!! (and get over the fact  that I just said ‘rock your boat’ )

So back dating to my first ever Christmas, I was about four months old, and although I don’t remember it, there is a picture of me falling asleep on my dads shoulder sucking a yorkshire pudding! I think I must’ve loved Christmas since the beginning since I cried a lot of the time when I was younger, and this one day I was quiet and happy. For all of the Christmas’ that I can remember, I’ve always had it at my house, and my grandparents would always come to our house, and I love having the family round our place then going to someone else’s house, and I hope that when I am older, I can invite my parents round to my house.

I even love the run up to Christmas, I love getting my advent calendar each year and I love when all the Christmas decorations start going up on people’s houses and in the shops, I love Christmas music sooooooooo much that I listen to it all year round and I’m even listening to it right now! I love it when the days get colder and shorter, but the sun is still shining brightly! I could probably go on forever about how much I love the run up to Christmas, but I’m going to move on with what I love about Christmas itself.

So, I don’t know about you but when I was younger I would often get asked if I preferred my birthday or Christmas, and I definitely think Christmas simply because everyone is getting excited for Christmas together, the people in your house, the shops, tv adverts, family and friends, and I also love buying presents for people!!!! I love planning what people really want and where I can buy it and when I can get it and wrapping it up. It’s something that makes me really happy because I love making people be really happy (bit cringy I know but oh well!!) Basically we can all celebrate it together and the attention isn’t all on me and I have a good excuse to buy people loads of presents!!!

When everyone comes round, we have a very traditional Christmas dinner and it’s such a lovely atmosphere, and I love it when the family comes together, and my mum’s Christmas dinner’s are honestly to DIE for!!!!!!!!!!!!

So this is just the start of why I love Christmas, and I could probably go on forever about why I love Christmas, but these are the most important reasons of why I love Christmas, and in the comments let me know what you love about Christmas!!!!!

I hope you all have a great week and I’ll see you all tommorrow!!!!

festive hugs and kisses
